Thousands of people will hear those words this year.
Almost none of them were athletes when they started.

No coach will take you, and the good ones cost ₹20,000 a month anyway.
This is where tri140 begins.
Your coach · day zeroHi. I'm your coach. Before we talk about race day, tell me about your Tuesdays. We'll build from there.
Act I The swim · 2.4 mi
Open water is the first reason beginners panic, quit, or never sign up.
So your coach trains the fear first. Breathing, gradual exposure, calm. The laps come after.
Your coach · week 6Today isn't about speed. Face in, ten slow exhales, stand up. We do this until it feels boring. Boring is the goal.
Act II The bike · 112 mi
The bike is where the hours live, and where rigid plans collide with jobs, kids and travel.
You · 10:41 pmRough week. Travelling Mon to Wed. No pool, probably no bike.
Your coach · 10:41 pmAlready reshaped it. Tuesday becomes a 40-minute hotel run, the swim moves to Thursday. Saturday's long ride stays. That's the one that matters.
The plan bends. The goal doesn't.
Act III The run · 26.2 mi
5 a.m. bricks. Solo long runs. The week you go quiet and nobody notices. That's when people quit.
Your coach · day 312You've gone quiet. Two runs missed. What's going on? Not judging, just asking.
Your coach reads every workout, notices every silence, and matches you with a squad chasing the same race.

18 months. 611 workouts. One reshaped life.
It started with someone who couldn't swim 500 metres.
Everyone starts at zero.
